Description: Breakfast Host responsibilities consist of maintain Hampton Standards, rules and
regulations, pertaining to preparing and serving food from the “Hot” Breakfast menu.

Duties: 1-Provide Courteous guest service promptly and efficiently
2-Prepare breakfast by stocking the serving areas
3-Maintain serving areas during breakfast hours
4-Set up and break down the serving areas
5-Conduct inventory of all food and service items
6-Conduct special weekly cleaning duties
7-Stay up to date on changing standards
8-Monitor guest’ satisfaction of the breakfast
9-Monitor breakfast SALT scores and find ways to improve on breakfast presentation
10-Sets up breakfast at scheduled time
11-Ensures breakfast items are stocked and available to guests during breakfast hours
12-Maintains cleanliness of breakfast area and kitchen during and after breakfast hours
13-Greets guest and accommodates special requests as needed
14-Ensures countertops and machines are clean and tidy at all times
15-Inventory breakfast items regularly: orders or purchases items as necessary and
Provides all receipts to manager
16-Assists in maintaining cleanliness of public areas
17-All other duties as assigned.
